Bill Ridenour
Bill is the founder and president for Polymer TransAction Advisors, Inc (PTA). He has 32 years of experience in the polymer industry and has personally advised on more than 60 polymer business sales, acquisitions and strategic alliances around the world. Bill was formerly a partner in the Transaction Group(TA) , a Cleveland based M&A advisory form from 1990-1999 during which time he established and grew a practice in the polymer and specialty chemical industry. He was previously employed at Ferro Corporation from 1981-1990 as its corporate development executive during which he was responsible for managing Ferro’s global business transactions. Steve Fodo
| Steve has more than 25 years of experience in financial management and merger and acquisition activities as an Investment banker, corporate financial executive and management advisor. He was the key professional in a major integrated vinyl manufacturing site, formation of PVC resin and molding businesses in China. He has worked as the Business Development head of Westlake Chemical, a NYSE listed chemical company. Luciana Rizk
| Luciana is the president of Rizk Consulting, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Luciana has strong market research background in South America. She specializes in finding and evaluating potential South American acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliance partners, distributors and customers for North American and European clients. She has especially strong experience in the polymer industry and is frequently commissioned by US research firms to perform market analyses in South America. |  |
Duane Hile
Duane is the founder and owner of Hile Management Consulting(HMC). Duane is a seasoned consulting executive who offers marketing, quality, operations and human resource consulting services to the polymer industry. Duane was most recently employed at Smithers Scientific Services, Inc., where he managed the company’s management consulting group. Duane has an especially strong background in the rubber industry.

| Al is the president, founder and owner of Forrestal Consultants International(FCI), a Princeton, NJ based firm that provides specialized market research and consulting services to the global polymer industry. Al has nearly 30 years of market consulting experience in the polymer industry and was formerly employed at SAI, PA Consultants and Cities Service among others. |  |

Phil Spanninger
| Mr Spanninger is a leading senior business executive in the polymer industry and is especially well recognized as a global expert in strategic partnering and acquisitions of all types to include joint ventures, licensing and other transactions. Mr Spanninger has previously worked at Americhem, Inc. as its Executive Vice President-Corporate Development and International. He has also worked in similar capacities at TRW, Inc, GenCorp, Inc and Goodyear Tire &Rubber. |  |
Greg Coggiano, Managing DirectorSummary: With over 25 years of investment banking experience, Greg focuses corporate advisory work in polymers and construction industries. He has significant experience in corporate advisory with companies throughout the U.S, Mexico, South America and Japan. He has successfully completed valuation and other assignments for both public and private companies. Prior to advising for Polymer TransAction Advisors, Greg held transaction origination and execution management positions at Nomura Securities International, Inc., NY, and Bank of Montreal, Montreal, Canada. Kurt Loeffler, CFA CTP ARM
| Mr. Loeffler has been in the investment banking and corporate development industry for eight years and has completed several transactions, both on the buy-and-sell-side, primarily in plastics. Most recently, he was the Director of Corporate Finance for A. Schulman, Inc. in Akron, Ohio and led the company's M&A activities in all regions of the world. Prior to that, Mr. Loeffler was an investment banker for primarily sell-side engagements at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and Source Capital, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio. While at Brown Gibbons Lang, he was a member of the distribution and chemicals teams. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Loeffler spent nine years in corporate banking in Cleveland and Boston working primarily with middle market companies. Mr. Loeffler earned his undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages from John Carroll University, his MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and completed post-MBA studies in Corporate Policy, Planning and Operations at Harvard University. John JonesJohn Jones is the founder and president of JR Jones Inc. which publishes multiclient studies on the plastics industry. He is also the Chief Operating Executive of Forrestal Consultants International. He has an MBA from James Madison University and BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. He has over 35 years of experience in the plastics industry, 20 of which were in the production and marketing of various plastic products. He has been an active in the consulting business since 1989, specializing in the chemicals and plastics markets for S.A.I., PenResearch, AMI, and Forrestal Consulting. He has researched, written or edited a number of multiclient studies on the compounding and masterbatch markets. His industry experience includes Exxon Chemical, JC Parry and Reynolds Metals Company. |
